Two MEDIUM resistance level dumbbell are included. Designed like traditional dumbbells, Power Systems' aquatic version has one, two and three round floats on each end, depending on the resistance level. Hand grips are cushioned for comfort. Unlike traditional free weights, water dumbbells are light and portable when out of the water. Made of EVA foam for durability, they are UV, bacterial and water resistant for hygiene and are incredibly fast drying. Sold in pairs. Blue. Three resistances are sold separately.
