Shipping Policy

This policy is applicable to
Only Domestic (Australia) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that
you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By
ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free Shipping, we do not charge anything for shipping whether the product is shipped in (Australia)       

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Generally, shipments are in transit for 2–8 business days (Monday to Sunday).

The order cut off time will be 08:00 PM Australia/Melbourne (UTC+10). 

Order handling time is 1-2 business day (Monday to Sunday).

Change of Address
We
cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need
to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24
hours of placing your order at support@health-australia.com.au

Cancellations
If
you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able
to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been
dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our
Refund Policy.

Parcels Damaged in Transit
If
you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the
parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If
the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact
customer service with the next steps.

Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

We will provide you with a unique Order ID and listing of the item(s) you have ordered in this mail.

We always recommend you check your email's SPAM/JUNK folder if you have not received an order confirmation from us.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return Process
To
be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that
you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original
packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@health-australia.com.au. If
your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as
well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent
back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please
inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the
item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we
can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get
what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is
accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only exchange
damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to
exchange an item, don't hesitate to contact us at support@health-australia.com.auwhich we'll process; no restocking fee will apply for the exchange.

Don't worry— our packages don't include return slips. Just reach out to support@health-australia.com.au, and we'll help you place your return or exchange. 

Return Cost
Customers will pay the return shipping cost for Non-Defective items and this Shipping cost is not refundable for ordering the Wrong product from the customer. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds
Upon
receipt of your return, we will process the refund within 5 - 7
business days, using the original payment method. Refund processing time
may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
